his is a newer approach to Parotid nodules. The main advantage is scar is not there on the face and no angled cuts below the ear as is required in open surgery with sometimes ugly scar. Its a tough technique but with magnification the facial nerves are seen well. The incision is given in posterior hairline and will be hidden away from the face. A special retractor MEDIFLEX is used for the exposure and surgery is done by the surgeon with 4th generation DaVinci robot
